I’d love to be able to provide feedback but I haven’t received it yet. I expected slower delivery especially to Canada during these times. Having said that I haven’t received an update from USPS since July 13th so will follow up with them. I’m looking forward to receiving it and already know I’ll love it. Thanks!
Shows delivered, but it wasn’t to us. Seller instructed us to contact our postal carrier. Standing in line at the post office during xmas for a backscratcher isn’t in the cards. So I guess I’ll never get to itch that bitch. It’s probably cheap and unsturdy anyways.
I actually instructed buyer to CALL his local post office and verify delivery. I also instructed to check with neighbors and household to make sure someone else didn't pick up(It happens). Sometimes carriers will check off the bar code and deliver later in the day, sometimes a day late. The simple call to the post office would rule that out. My next step is normally to offer to ship another to a secure delivery location, or to have the customer pay for a certified return receipt delivery. to his residence. Before I could offer that option, S.L.gave me a one star review for what was probably caused by his neighborhood porch pirates, not me. So, sorry things didn't work out for you. Next time please give the bad review to the responsible party.
